Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AIYA Paperie! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Payment and Quotes

1.1 A 30% - 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before final files are released or sent to print.
1.2 Payment is due within 5 working days of receiving your invoice.
1.3 All quotes are valid for 14 days. After this period, pricing may be subject to change.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 The final designs created by AIYA PAPERIE are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling designs on merchandise).
2.2 AIYA PAPERIE retains the right to use your designs for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media.
2.3 Drafts or mockups provided during the design process remain the property of AIYA PAPERIE and may not be used, shared, or modified without consent.

3. Semi-Custom and Custom Stationery

Semi-Custom

  • Includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at £25 per round.

  • Timeline: 6-8 weeks, provided feedback is given within 3 working days per round.

Custom

  • Includes 4 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are charged at £45 per round.

  • Timeline: 8-10 weeks, provided feedback is given within 5 working days per round.

Timely feedback is essential to meet agreed timelines. Delays in response may result in extended project schedules or additional costs.

4. Print Quality

4.1 We collaborate with trusted printing vendors to ensure the highest quality output. However, minor variations in coloUr, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of printing processes.
4.2 Please review all design proofs carefully before approval. AIYA PAPERIE is not responsible for errors (e.g., typos, incorrect details) that are approved by the client in the final design.
4.3 If printing is arranged by AIYA PAPERIE, we will provide clear timelines and a quote for production.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping costs will be outlined in your quote and depend on your location and delivery preferences.
5.2 Once your order is shipped, AIYA PAPERIE is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost items caused by shipping carriers.
5.3 We recommend starting the design process 6 months in advance of when you need the materials to account for design, printing and shipping time and in case of any unforeseen delays.

6. Cancellations and Termination

6.1 If you choose to cancel your project, your deposit will not be refunded, and you may be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date.
6.2 AIYA PAPERIE reserves the right to terminate the project in cases of unreasonable delays or breaches of this agreement.

7. Additional Information

7.1 Optional upgrades such as embossed text, foil finishes, or additional stationery items can be added for an additional fee, which will be agreed upon before printing begins.

7.2 Final files will only be released upon receipt of full payment.
